Terms
The Simple Terms
Robbers & Mansions (the “game”), this website, and everything on it (together, the “Service”) are made for kids in first grade and up. The Service is meant to be used with a parent or guardian’s supervision and approval.
Because the Service is for children, a parent or guardian must read and agree to these terms. By letting a child use the Service, that parent or guardian agrees to these terms for themselves and on behalf of the child.
By using the Service in any way, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
You must be 18 or older to buy anything on this site. No one under 18 may make a purchase.
When you add anything to the Service, like initials or a message on the leaderboard or a shout-out, you agree to keep it kind, safe, and appropriate for children. You will not post any personally identifiable information (PII) about yourself or anyone else, such as full names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, school names, usernames, or passwords. You also will not post anything inflammatory, hateful, harassing, bullying, threatening, violent, sexual, profane, discriminatory, deceptive, illegal, or otherwise inappropriate.
Every submission is read and approved by a real person before it appears. We may reject, edit, hide, or remove any submission at any time, for any reason or no reason. You are responsible for everything you submit, and by submitting it you give us permission to display, store, and keep it on the Service, including in the shout-out archive.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties or promises of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will always work, be error-free, or be available, and you use it at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the creators of Robbers & Mansions, Clapping Seal, and their owners, team, partners, and anyone associated with them (the “Creators”) are not responsible for any injury, loss, damage, or cost of any kind arising out of the game, this website, or your use of the Service.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold the Creators harmless from any claims, demands, losses, damages, or costs (including legal fees) that arise from your use of the Service or your breach of these terms, to the fullest extent permitted by law. If a child uses the Service, their parent or guardian accepts this responsibility on the child’s behalf.
These terms are the entire agreement between you and the Creators about the Service. If any part of them cannot be enforced, the rest still applies.
We may update these terms at any time, and we will always try to keep them this short and clear. Continuing to use the Service means you accept the latest version. A grown-up can reach out any time with a question.
